多功能二维纳米材料的合成与纳米医药应用

摘要:
Nanomaterials have been widely applied in pharmaceuticals, energy conversion and storage, catalysis and wastewater treatment, etc. In our group, we mainly focus on develop functional nanomaterials for drug delivery, sustainable release, adsorption and wastewater treatment.
Nanotechnology has opened new prospects to design and develop nanomedicine for cancer treatment and other diseases. Currently, our lab research is being directed towards the identification and discovery of drug delivery systems such as nanoparticles, liposomes, and nanoemulsion to efficiently deliver the therapeutical agents to the target sites to circumvent barriers and enhance the efficacy of the drugs. This presentation will cover our research on the development of functional LDH NPs through various assembly strategies for efficient drug delivery in combinational therapy. Recent studies on combinational treatment with mulit-drugs and siRNA delivered by LDH NPs and the antibody conjugated LDH NPs for targeting delivery will also be highlighted. It has been shown that functional antiboday-conjugated LDH NPs can co-deliver anticaner drug and siRNA to the cancer cells and significantly inhibited the growth of cancer cells.
个人简历:
李丽,2007年在中国石油大学(华东)化学化工学院获得博士学位,同年赴澳大利亚昆士兰大学国家生物工程与纳米技术研究所做博士后。2008年在新南威尔士大学化工材料学院从事研究员工作。2011年获得昆士兰大学UQ Postdoctoral fellowship2016 年获得昆士兰州高级研究员。目前,她主要从事层状双氢氧化物以及复合物的制备和功能介孔材料合成以及在生物技术,清洁能源和环境领域的应用,曾获得2017丘吉尔研究员Churchill Fellow 2017, 澳大利亚技术科学与工程学院2007 ATSE Symposium Fellowship, 2012 年获得Queensland International Fellowship 等奖励,已在BiomaterialsNano Research Advanced MaterialsAdvanced Functional MaterialsEnvironment Science and Technology Journal of Materials Chemistry等生物和材料领域期刊发表研究论文60多篇。
